Most people think of our photography with the focus we so often share: the art of people. On our off time, our interests go in many directions. From horses grounded to the earth to high flying aerial images, the variations on our medium folds back and enhances our work with people, weddings and events.

How does an art project begin? This one started by borrowing a friend’s point-and-shoot camera that had been altered to capture in infrared for a family excursion to New Zealand. We learned quickly that people come out creepy but landscapes, water, sky and architecture really shine in infrared.

“Seeing your picture made me feel better.” A simple “Thank you” from a guest that selected and enjoyed James’ landscape art while recouping at Roper St Francis Hospital.

Wall art options can be a hill to climb without the right information. Equally overwhelming is the abundance of choices in sizes and design layout. If you have huge walls you might want something that really takes up space with thick mats and large frames.
