Gibbes Museum Event- The Home Edit
The February 2020 luncheon (pre-Covid) presented by the Women’s Council lived up to previous expectations. Documenting Charleston events where style drapes from the tent, florals are here, there and everywhere, food is an art and belly delight along with humorous and extremely talented guest speakers is par for the course at the Art of Design Luncheon.
Documenting Artist at the Gibbes Museum

Two nights back to back at the Gibbes Museum to educate and celebrate Southern art. Society 1858's mission to inspire discussion and excite up-and-coming arts patrons about the diverse range of artwork being created in the contemporary South.
Charleston Event Photography- Eva Chen
he Women’s Council brought in Eva Chen for the Gibbes Museum Art of Design luncheon. I am a sucker for the confident, trail-blazer that creates a life of her own design.
Visiting Artist at the Gibbes
Documenting events for the Gibbes Museum consistently introduces us to talented artist. The four walls of the studio are the same, but each artist fills and makes the space their own for their month stay.
