Hi, we are Corrie and James, the Kiawah photographers behind MCG Photography that find beauty in the greater Charleston area.
Photographers who specialize in moments that grab the heart strings through curated wedding story-telling , documenting elopements, crafting portraits and amplifying non-profits.
Our end goals are feel-good experiences and stunning photography. We work as a team. Blending the masculine and feminine is a wedding day plus. From modelings poses, seeing from different perspectives and separating prior to the wedding for time management, we optimize our strengths. In portraits, one of us can engage the kiddos while the other is free to get photo-gold.

Solo portraits, small families and extended family groupings became an organic evolution as our wedding clients became parents.
We lean toward natural settings from beaches, parks, streets of downtown, family homes and horse pastures. The Lowcountry is our playground and we are happy to offer location suggestions from Charleston vignettes, Kiawah beaches and Summerville parks.
Hugs are encouraged. Laughter is welcome.
