OUR PROCESS

Our beach sessions begin the hour prior to sunset also known as The Magic Hour when the light is soft and diffused.

To start our process, we check your dates to our availability. Our preference is to have two dates on the calendar. It gives everyone peace of mind to have a calendared weather back-up. Once we have our dates dialed in, we send a form to gather your needs, kiddos ages, number of family members and island address. This enables us to offer the best spots to step into the session. We either meet at a designated public area or at your home/rental and walk to beach if available.

We ask for your highest hopes. For example, whole extended family, grand-parents with grand-kids, individual family units and all cousins. Once we know the highest hopes are in the camera, we will weave in couples, solos, candids and various combos.

We have a three week portrait turn around time when you will receive an online slideshow and gallery. The tangibles included in the session are a set of 4×6 prints and 3 digital files of your choice. Additional prints and full set of digital files may be purchased in the gallery.

Our hope with each session is to match the energy, style and verve of the group in front of us. Some are quiet and zen. Others are bursting with laughter and tossing the kiddos in the air. LEAF | $350
Solo portrait. Focusing on the individual in selected settings. Ideal for milestones, solo maternity, tweens or senior portraits.

BRANCH | $400 family
Up to 5 people. Focus on the whole and the individual relationships within. Most popular session for families of 5 or less, couple maternity or anniversaries.

FAMILY TREE | $500
Up to 25 people. Start with the collective group and then individual family units within.
