Folly Beach Family Portraits : Kiddo Friendly?

We are frequently asked, ‘are you good with kids’ and ‘do we have kids’? Yes to the first and no to the second.

I think we are good at finding ways to capture your kids true spirits and embrace their quirks. Each family IS unique and each session WILL reflect that uniqueness. Many of our portraits especially with little ones document the energy of play, the moment of time with size and the family togetherness with classic portraits. The classic portraits are better, stronger, more authentic by allowing the play of candids.

Some kids are in constant motion and that is the best way to capture them. Some kiddos have quiet souls and their images will be quieter.

Some families are casual. Some families are formal. Some families are sporty.

Before the session I ask for descriptive words to give me an idea of family dynamics, expectations and energy level.

I think this mom pinpointed her family of six perfectly with …Affectionate, Devoted & Fun w. a side of Spirited. Each kiddo solo portraits was as unique as they were. There were two photo-hams and two photo-quiets. We do our best to pull the personality out so that you will recognize the qualities years down the road. The family portraits took on various shapes of 4 kids at different ages, wiggles and wind of Folly Beach.
