Folly Beach Family Portraits - Kiddo Friendly?
We are frequently asked, ‘are you good with kids?’
I think we are good at finding ways to capture your kids true spirits and embrace their quirks. Each family IS unique and each session WILL reflect that uniqueness. Many of our portraits especially with little ones are candids between playing.
Cypress Garden-Family Photography
We LOVE our repeats. When your clients are your friends and your friends are your clients. When the kiddos will ask when we are going to have a photo adventure.
Wild Dunes - Family Photography
Weaving in a variety of backgrounds into your annual family beach session is always welcome.
If you have a rental or family vacation home with cool walkways, paint colors or stairs; it makes for great contrast to the beach and a wind free spot to begin. Walkways and beach paths are the next stop for green surrounding and great light.
Edisto Island - Family Photography
Edisto Island is now in our photography rotation of locations! So grateful this sweet family invited us out to document their family getaway. As we spend most of our sunsets ocean side, it was fun to shake it up with river side fun. It had rained the day before and the back yard looked like a shallow pond, but their ‘can do’ attitudes translated into awesomeness.
Silly at Seabrook
This is a great example of a casual, playful session on Seabrook. We start in the green area, mosey down the boardwalk and end up on the beach. If skipping, hugging, racing and hand holding is your thing, please let us know and we will weave it in.
Photographing Family Style - newborns
We are big on your photos being a reflection of you. With your home as the backdrop, we automatically have more opportunity to weave in pieces of you.
And the fog rolled in
Clients often ask about how weather affects our work. My pollyannaish answer is that all weather has a benefit. It is in how you look at it. And through the years we have had to contend with all sorts of different weather conditions.
Peacock Portraits
James and I are animal lovers. Or, more specifically, cat, dog and horse lovers. So when a peacock and calf choose to collaborate in our portrait session at Middleton Place, we were cautiously open to it.
