Turtle Point Rehearsal/Welcome Party

Karlie and Parker welcomed their guests in stages at Turtle Point Golf Course on Kiawah Island. Tomasso at Turtle Point is an Italian Gathering Place serving homemade pasta, pizza and more. Their immediate family and wedding party joined them for an al fresco meal on the porch overlooking the greens. A plated meal, gifts, conversation, a mini engagement session, some family photo groupings and well meaning heckling from the groomsmen for the rehearsal dinner. As the sun went down, all their guests arrived for drinks, a spread of pizzas and desserts for a welcome party.

Any time we can squeeze in a little photo time with the couple prior to the wedding is a win. Those extra 15-20 minutes build trust and ease on the wedding day. And their wedding day had more than a few raindrops…so the trust and ease really paid off.
