Girl Parents!

So fun to trace the thread of origin of our clients. The mom in this session is the daughter of a friend. We did her senior portraits on Folly beach, later their wedding at I’on Creek Club and now their family portraits in and around Charleston. It is such an honor to celebrate all the moments, big and small with them.

These little ladies showed up ready to go in their blush rose dresses and slipper shoes to match. Our starting point was the Batterie or White Point Gardens for live oaks and wrought iron benches. From there we meandered up the Church street for brick roads and soft hues in flower boxes. We happened upon a tree that was grown for fairies and little ones that was a hit. We then circled back down Meeting Street for some Southern vignettes and open expanse in front of Meeting Street Inn. The ‘upping stones’ or ‘carriage steps’ that are part of historic Charleston charm made for a perfect sister seat. And it was a day where holding hands and hugging was cool. Triple win!

Clients shared that they have a wall of our photography in their house. Can’t wait to see which ones of these makes the cut.
