Get Inspired Blog…
with a deeper dive into your interest. Our blog posts are written and created to give you a snapshot of each session, an overview of venues, highlight frequent flyer vendors and often a tidbit or voice from our clients. If a specific post resonates with you, please let us know.
Alhambra Hall Welcome Party
Welcome parties and rehearsal dinners are a great way to get your family and friends photo-comfortable and candid ready on the wedding day as well as documenting another gathering of your most favorite people.
Album Layout and Wedding Inspiration: River Course w. Engaging Events
If you are looking for ideas for personalized details, this is a wedding to check out. Cursive hangers, embossed bags, candy to go, chalkboards, signature drinks, party hat exit and trolley transport. We loved it all.
Destination Winston-Salem Wedding
It is rare for us to travel outside the low-country for work but it always stirs creativity and usually involves a family that we have worked with before. Ashley and Brian's wedding weekend in Winston-Salem was an excellent way to immerse ourselves in the best of the city's venues, vendors and eateries.
Mine some gems…
Hoping you found some gems while browsing our blog. Maybe a wedding detail that resonates with you. Possibly a portrait color palette that your family will approve. Perhaps a location that you see in a new light.
Potentially a glimpse into our style and a feel of our clients’ experience. You might also notice as your browse that we have many wedding clients that become portrait clients. We get to document each chapter and milestone as our clients come back each year. It is the best compliment.
We are grateful. Over the years, clients have expanded our horizons.
Our cameras are like a passport to experiences and places in our area of the world that we would never see otherwise.
In one month, we might photograph a Monet exhibition at the Gibbes, island hop for family portraits on Kiawah - Seabrook - Wild Dunes - IOP, maybe an elopement at Angel Oak, a wedding at a private Lowcountry home on the water, a horse session at a new-to-us barn and an inspired gala with a fashion show or blind dining experience.
Our blog is probably the best place to see our style over the course of the last 10-15 years. We do not blog every session. We do not even blog all of our favorite session because of time and some clients prefer to stay off the grid.
Enjoy and reach out with any questions.
