Album Layout and Wedding Inspiration: River Course w. Engaging Events

A little about the weekend…Engaging Events introduced us to Ali and Ian and we are so grateful. Their weekend was oodles of fun, style, laughter and in her words ‘rustic elegance’. Her palette of natural tones were accented with lavenders and purples. The River Course is the perfect setting for a natural hue in Rustic Elegance. The hues were stamped throughout the day into the florals, getting ready button downs, huppah (wedding canopy), pashmina and even on Ali’s nails. Two florals that stood out were the soft, green amaranth tassels that mimic Southern moss and white orchids that shaped Ali’s bouquet. Magnolia leaves which added to the rustic Southern feel were also incorporated into the floral decor.

If you are looking for ideas for personalized details, this is a wedding to check out. Cursive hangers, embossed bags, candy to go, chalkboards, signature drinks, party hat exit and trolley transport. We loved it all. The viewing below is a few layouts from their album. Creating Art Books is like putting a puzzle together. There are the boarder images that hold the framework or tell the chronological story. There are the details which add layering, color and flavor. There are the black and white images that require other black and white images on the same page. And finally the highlight images that demand real estate within the story.
