Many thanks to A Lowcountry Wedding! Image selection, pairings, flow all craft the story. Seeing our couples and work through another's format is like seeing them again for the first time. ELM Events did a fantastic job of weaving in a variety of stand apart elements into a full-bodied experience that perfectly suit Sarah-Emma and Lachlan.
While scrolling through earlier blogpost on the Wedding Row, I came across our beauty of a wedding from 2009. The kindness, vibrant colors, culture and abundance of chocolate still grab me. My favorite element that we have yet to see or hear again was storyteller, Tim Lowry. He told love stories around a fire.
Thank you to The Wedding Row for a stunning layout and enchanting words! Cheers to Amanda and Dan. Photographing your special day was a pleasure.
Thank you PartySlate for a lovely presentation of Ryan and Jack's Kiawah Fete. Wedding held at the River Course Clubhouse Kiawah Island Club. THE LOOK: Modern Classic. Ryan's gown was by Rosa Clara and it had pockets. Shoes by Ivanka Trump. The gents wore grey suits from Men's Wearhouse with alligator socks. GETTING READY: Men getting ready in River Course's locker room which is the ultimate man cave. SPECIAL TOUCHES: Peacock silk kimonos for the ladies getting ready. Trolley transportation by Absolutely Charleston. Quiet moments sitting on the porches in rocking chairs at sunset. Wedding Cake By Jim Smeal wove in the a blue geometric pattern. DIY photo-booth. Atlanta Allstars band kept the guests moving and dancing. Golf cart exit.
Thumbing through a sample wedding album from a few years back, I revisited a Muslim-Pakistani Wedding that was a one-of-a-kind experience for us. The colors were vibrant. The chocolate was abundant. And for all the big kids at heart, a storyteller painted love stories around a fire. All of those memories came back with 5 images.
