River Course : family portrait

Clients Words : “Corrie and James are delightful, creative and extremely professional. They have captured so many treasured moments of our family over the past 12 years….our daughter’s wedding weekend, endearing family beach photos and amazingly perfect photos of our growing family at the Kiawah river.”

Challenge Accepted : 5 grand-kids under the age of 5 on a Kiawah muggy summer morning. A previous year, I think we did 5 dogs before kids were part of the equation.

It is a special kind of lovely to see families grow into their next chapters. Their is also an ease of our clients knowing that perfection (kiddos, clothing, parenting) in any form, is not required for beautiful images. Allowing personalities, interactions, relationships and even quirks play out with good lighting and paired back-grounds is the photo-gold.

For our families that have memberships at River Course and Cassique, the venues are photo-options Monday-Thursday with permission in advance. Due to weddings, Friday-Sunday are not options. The River Course has a variety of vignettes that for a Southern lifestyle portrait. Deep porches with pillars and rocking chairs, live oaks with climbing limbs, marsh grasses and the spa next door.
