An intimate wedding of family and closest friends at the William Aiken House was as vibrant as the couple themselves. The William Aiken House is that perfect inside/outside historic venue in downtown Charleston. The interior of the house is all bold colors, hardwood floors, antiques and photographic vignette and vignette. The outside of the house is soft yellows, marble tile, wrought iron, grand oaks, a hedge maze, reflecting pond and arbor to perfectly frame in lovebirds.
Suterland Weddings did a lovely job of bringing the couples vision and taste together for a seamless day of sacred and fun. The signature signage ranged from a larger than life billboard marquee to a neon lit sign behind the sweetheart table and finally the smaller details of napkin and cake pops. The couple put intention a first look that centered them and then full celebration mode. Their tween and adult children showed up 100 percent. The tween twins gave a toast that stole the show and the twenties brothers were the best …better than bridesmaids…support team a bride could envision.
