Summerville : fall family fun

Crafting a fall family portrait. When the timing is just right … I love incorporating fall leaves as it gives kids an outlet of play and is super fun to document. Blankets that work with the color palette are a double win. Sometimes they are used to warm up the littles and then serve as a stage to bring everyone down to the earth. These kiddos were All In on the fun factor.

Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site has some elements that work any time of year. Between the exposed brick of the church ruins, oaks with Spanish moss and old time fence lines; it is one of my favorites. Enjoy!
