River Course - elegant & organic

The theme was an elegant and organic feel by highlighting ocean and marsh blue/green tones from church to reception locations. Another anchor to the overall mood of the day was the veil with soft sage leaves embedded in lace.

The couple prioritized capturing family and honoring the people who have support us. The Johns Island Presbyterian Church is a part of their families history. They love it for its beauty and how it tells a story with every creek down the wooden floor aisle. A lot of family has walked down those aisles before them which made it even more special. “I was able to keep it together until I saw my dad outside the church and he was helping me with the veil/blusher and he said how beautiful I looked... and that's when I cried in the moments right before I went down the aisle” said the bride".

Heartstring Moment (in the bride’s words) : “Most anticipated moment was seeing Matt at the end of the aisle because we didn't do a first look. It truly made it special seeing his little head peaking over the crowd as I walked down the aisle. I was nervous to walk down the aisle with all eyes on me... but when I got to the end of the aisle and grabbed his hand it all went away... I was like "woo okay we got this." He's my best friend.”

Must View Hightlights : Bride’s Veil, yes please. Mom-of-bride green dress, wowser. Bridal Party - an abundance of beauty and love. Cocktail hour twinkle light - so pretty.

Wedding Dress (in the bride’s words) : “Simple yet comfortable with a side of sport that says ‘I can dance all night’ - reflective of my personality. The veil was something fun and different with that pop of personality incorporating the organic yet simple elegance.”
