Kiawah Ocean Park : winter portrait

Kiawah’s Ocean Park is a lovely winter option as you are protected from the ocean wind and the green spaces get to shine. The park has grasses, oaks, ponds, a swing or two and a few bridges. It works well for both immediate families and larger extended family groups. We do keep our eyes open for gators.

If you have spent any time on our website, you might recognize these family in different ages and stages. The oldest is often wearing her signature red converse, the middle sister is self-described preppy in her plaid and the youngest is usually being carried by someone in the family. They have been with us since their engagement and to date… four kids ago. They tend to be out extreme weather family from freezes to fog, extreme heat to melting humidity, but this year might have been the exception.
