There is something about Kiawah that hooks people for life. Elizabeth family vacationed to Kiawah for over 30 years so planning their destination here was a no brainer. The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island is one of those rare spots were you can go from beach to ballroom for ceremony to celebration. Thank you PartySlate for sharing these two cuties.
The tradition of something blue has evolved.
One of our brides wore a champagne sash for the ceremony and switched to a blue sash at the reception. It was a fun way to change the tone from reverent to 'time to play'.
Blue shoes have been another favorite and you can wear them again! Plus, you have the freedom of not worrying about matching your dress to the exact shade of white, ecru, ivory, ect…
Other fun ideas include garters, handkerchief, flowers in your bouquet, undies, 'I do' stickers on your shoes and henna tattoos. All tasteful of course!
