Charleston Place - 2020 Vintage Elopement

Charleston Elopement Photography

Eloping locally when you live in Charleston SC is a pretty great option.

From the beginning Lynn and Rick's core focus was Love. The vows, the look, the vendors, the live streaming all came from that place of supporting and honoring love. Bettina, the officiant and the couple wove together the words that spoke of their families blending and their hearts binding. They included and concluded with a Polish ritual of Rye bread, salt in her hands while mom does blessing from states away.
Charleston Place was their home-base for getting ready, a first dance and slicing into their cake. It held the space for elegance and romance. Across the street, Market Hall was closed due to covid but granted permission for a ceremony in front of their massive doors. It was private yet smack dab in the middle of Charleston. AZ Connections live streamed the ceremony for their loved ones to witness up-close while being at great distances. From there we took them to the top of the empty parking garage for some steeples in the back-ground, the Charleston Place Rotunda for a first dance and back to their suite for cutting of the cake with photo opportunities along the way.

Additional vendor kudos: beauty by Silhoutte on Site, cake by Dolce , dress by David’s Bridal & officiant Bettina.
