Mills House and Gibbes Museum Wedding

Gibbes Glamour. We work at the Gibbes frequently for exhibit openings, visiting artist and most events. Photographing a wedding in one of our favorite Charleston spaces with backdrops galore was awesome. The ladies got ready at the Mills House which lobby follows the glam theme. Transportation consisted of jumping across the street to the cobblestones on Chalmers and then strolling to the Museum less than a block away. The black and white formal affair had soft white and pale pink florals offset with greenery for contrast against the gowns. The groom and groomsmen wore a touch of Charleston with their Brackish Bowties. The tented reception in the Gibbes Garden had the soft romantic glow of twinkle lights. If you love to dance and play, the band, The Maxx delivered. All of the guests were on their feet and busting out their best moves. Take a look, grab some ideas and enjoy!
