Cypress Gardens : fall family

Cypress Gardens in Monks Corner on the east side of the Cooper river is a perfect location for immediate family or couple fall portraits with 170-acre preserve and gardens. It is most widely known for the canoe scene in the movie, ‘The Notebook’.

The greens and browns of the woodsy paths and swamp backgrounds are warm and friendly. With the price of admission, we have access to all the spots. So if you also enjoy a good stroll there is background after background around each turn.

These locals leaned into the fall color palette and we love the result. Some of my favorites are the siblings together. Even with the age difference, there is a tangible connection and respect for one another.

Cypress Gardens is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with the last Admission at 4:00 PM.
