Low stress elopement solutions : These two put themselves in the hands of Ginny Severs at Wentworth Mansion for their elopement. The bearded florist put together a hand-tied, oversized bouquet with a palette of blush, mauves and creamy whites. Gail Shananhan officiated a lovely ceremony under the live grand oaks on the back of the Wentworth Mansion. A beauty of an ‘almost naked’ wedding cake was waiting for them on the patio.
Photo Goodness : Eloping to Wentworth Mansion is the very definition of fairy-tale. They twirling staircase up to the rooftop cupola is one of my favorite aspects. The light from above and the warm of the wood makes it a bridal focal point. The back stairs, carriage archways, crate myrtle lined walkways and front entry are dreamy backdrops for photographers. And from there they strolled the streets of Charleston. They danced, they smiled and we were the lucky people to document all of the JOY!
